About this Course

This one-night experience will teach you what it takes to play a sport at Stevenson. Coaches from across Stevenson Athletics will train you in dynamic warm ups, agility exercises, functional fitness movements, athletic nutrition, and the expectations of the athletics staff of what it means to be a student athlete, not an athlete student. First-time athletes are encouraged to attend. Parent meeting from 8:00 - 8:30 pm.
